      • 5S in combination with TPM
      • Visual Factory
      • Quick Kaizen workshops
      • Material and information flow analysis
      • Simple problem solving in a team
      • Lean Basics training for all employees

    • Management experience: process development, production, JIS plant
    • Director of Operational Excellence and Production Systems
    • Factory planning, relocation
    • REFA - Workplace organization and process data determination (BDE, MES)
    • Technical business economist (IHK) with a focus on logistics and human resources
    • Problem solving (8D, QRQC, Kepner-Tregoe®)
    • Project management, certified according to IPMA ICB4 (waterfall) and hybrid or agile management with (SCRUM®/KANBAN)
